I told Richard that next year, we will at minimum escape to Louisiana to visit family during spring break next year!
On Thursday, the Fed Ex man showed up with a fresh box of GCD Studios goodies!! Oh my, lots of fun in that box.
Once I recovered from my cold that had turned into bronchitis, I got busy scrapping with the new Fun House line. I can't share the layout I created yet, so you'll just have to wait!! ;)
I have a few graphic design projects to finish today, but hoping to enjoy the rest of the break week with the family and maybe some more scrapbooking. ;)

I'm sorry you have snow, but your photo of the daffodils in snow is gorgeous! Enjoy your new scrappy goodies.
awwwwwwww, new goodies always help the disappointment of snow over spring break!
I hope the snow stays away for our spring break. THat pic is great! Have fun with the new goodies! I can't wait to get mine.
I am ready for spring to show up too, I hope the snow stays away for good now! Can't wait to see what you make with the new goodies!

such a bummer about the snow!! hopefully those new goodies will help! :)
Hi Leslie - Thanks for your comment on my slipcover post. I bought Nu-Foam at Hancock Fabrics -only because it happened to be 40% off the day I was searching for foam. Otherwise I probably would have went to Joann's. I bet they would have a better selection and the ladies there are always more helpful. The Nu-Foam is alright (I dont think this chair will be sat in a lot), but if you have a piece that will be used a lot you might want to spend a little more and get better quality. There is a product called "green foam" it's made from soy and it felt much softer and cushier than the Nu-Foam. Twice the price of Nu-Foam though so it just depends on what you need for your piece! Hope that helps!
